2015 Beauté Calendar, Rifle Paper Co I love me a bit of beauty, whether it’s watching a tutorial from one of my favourite YouTubers or lusting over the wares at the Tom Ford counter in Myer. My friend Kalista is a bit of a beauty buff her self, and was legendary enough to gift me with this wondrous calendar from the Florida based gift and stationary company Rifle Paper Co. From a red lip to a smokey eye, each month features a gorgeous beauty-themed illustration by French artist Garance Doré, which look perfect on my dressing table in amongst the NARS palettes and MAC lipsticks.
Checked shirt, Zara The summer staple shirt! I’ve gotten a ton of wear out of this number over the summer, whether worn over skinny jeans in the evening or with denim shorts during the day.
Butler & Bentley When my friend Kate at Foodies Agenda did a post on the newest online grocer on the block, I knew I had to check it out. As someone who loves cooking with (and therefore eating plenty of) high quality produce, but is not a fan of supermarkets, I was sold on Butler & Bentley’s door-to-door service (with free delivery on orders over $100!) I stocked up on Pepe Saya butter, Iggy’s Sourdough, freshly roasted coffee beans, olives, chorizo, salmon, rump steak, and an array of fresh veggies. My order was lovingly packed, beautifully presented, and delivered with a smile by co-founder Nick Biasotto. It doesn’t stop at groceries either – there’s a range of booze, fresh flowers, and gourmet desserts on offer. Bonus points – first orders score $25 off!
Straw Hat, Billabong This beauty has been a life-saver during the various camping and beach trips I’ve been on this summer. Who cares about looking fashionable when you’re this shaded from the sun?
Board and bowl, kikki.K A store that specialises in Swedish stationary and homewares? I am so there. During the Christmas sales I picked up a couple of bits at kikki.K, including this lovely wooden chopping board and white-with-gold-interior bowl. Although it’s meant for the kitchen, I’ve been using the board to showcase my perfumes and fancier makeup bits, while the bowl is housing my rings and other jewellery pieces.
